Oil Tank Automated Cleaning Equipment and Services

Our company currently has multiple sets of various mechanical cleaning equipment (all equipment used on-site at project sites are explosion-proof).

Core Equipment: NESL complete manway cannon manway cleaning system

a) Control Room: Operation console (controlling gun rotation, oil and gas monitoring, and other related actions), data recording device (DVD recorder), with heating and cooling air conditioning;

b) 1 unit of cleaning gun supply centrifugal pump, capable of supplying 3 guns simultaneously;

c) 3 units of high-pressure cleaning guns for tank manways, single-gun flow rate up to 55 m³/hour;

d) 1 unit of nitrogen generator, gas production capacity of 300 Nm³/h, purity 99%, pressure 0.6 MPa;

e) 1 unit of overflow tank (21 m³), used for oil-water separation and switching;

f) 1 unit of sludge pump, flow rate up to 80 m³/hour;

g) Power Supply Section: Diesel generator, umbilical hoses;

h) Oil sludge treatment device.

"Tailored Solutions": Based on different tank conditions, we provide different equipment and cleaning plans to address issues in a targeted manner. High-definition cameras enable full-process visualization and real-time data recording, eliminating blind cleaning, enhancing effective cleaning, and reducing waste of resources and energy consumption.

It adopts manway installation, connected via hoses, and is hydraulically driven. The manway cleaning method eliminates the need for climbing and excessive lifting operations. Using direct hose connections instead of rigid pipe installation reduces leakage risks and handling intensity.

Manway Cannon 人孔高压清洗系统无需人员冒险进入罐体清罐而开发，设备最大可清洁直径达100米的大型储罐。采用了都是撬装式的模块，方便了整个安装和运输过程，降低了因安装所带来的危险。

The Manway Cannon high-pressure manway cleaning system isdeveloped to eliminate the need for personnel to risk entering tank bodies forcleaning. It can clean large storage tanks with a maximum diameter of up to 100meters.

The system adopts all skid-mounted modules, whichfacilitates the entire installation and transportation process while reducingthe risks associated with installation.
